松本 貢（Mitsugu Matsumoto）は、1982年大分県生まれの映像作家。現在は東京都を拠点に活動しています。 映像制作会社で経験を積んだのち、2010年より監督としてのキャリアをスタートし、広告映像を中心に演出活動を続けてきました。2017年に個人事務所として EMEM株式会社 を設立し、2024年にはクリエイターズオフィス「solk」に所属。国内外へと活動の幅を広げています。
演出を軸に、被写体の本質を捉える独自の視点を持ちながら、多様なクリエイターとともにビジョンの具現化に挑み続けています。演出だけでなく、撮影監督やエディターとしても活動し、音楽にも自分のイメージや感性を反映させながら、映像制作の全過程に深く関与しています。
そのアプローチは、作品に一貫性と豊かな深度をもたらしています。

Mitsugu Matsumoto (b. 1982, Oita, Japan) is a filmmaker based in Tokyo. After gaining experience at a production company, he began his directorial career in 2010, focusing primarily on commercial films. He founded his own studio, EMEM Inc., in 2017 and joined the creators’ office “solk” in 2024, expanding his activities both in Japan and internationally.
Centered in directing, Matsumoto pursues the realization of compelling visions in collaboration with a wide range of creators, guided by his distinctive perspective that seeks to capture the essence of his subjects. In addition to directing, he also works as a cinematographer and editor, and reflects his own sensibility in the musical aspects of his projects—engaging deeply across the entire production process.
This approach brings a cohesive vision and a rich sense of depth to his work.
His portfolio includes numerous projects that have been highly regarded both domestically and abroad, and he continues to explore new possibilities in visual expression.
